Congratulations are in order for members of the 7th and 8th grade band for their stellar performance at this week's HSB Concert and Sightreading Contest. Students prepared three pieces for judges and were scored on their performance. Next they had to read a new piece they had never seen before, which is a true test of musicianship and skill.
All three judges awarded the band a score of 1, which is the highest possible score. Congratulations to the band on their hard work and success in the contest!
